Travis has always believed that the relationship with your builder should be one that is easy, comfortable and open, this includes free advice over the phone and no question is to strange. As an expert in this field, get Travis to talk through your options and solutions to your building and construction needs. 
 
We are happy to provide a 24 hour emergency call out, 7 days a week for a nominal charge. For example, if you’ve had a break in, the culprit has used a crow bar and the door frame is in a mess - what you want is someone who knows what they are doing to come a secure the premises. Call us.
 
We offer a full project management service. This can be introducing you to an architect, helping you from the design stage, local council requirements, dealing with all contractors, or obtaining materials that are involved to attain project completion. This way you will be fully involved in the project while maximising enjoyment in seeing your entire project completed.

For your convenience we also offer a minimum one hour charge to fix those odd jobs, through to half and full day packages , where we can dedicate our time to complete those small jobs that have been piling up. Great for getting everything done at once, usually at one location but can be spread across a number of locations, if you own more than one rental property for example.
